Phase 1

YWAM’s Discipleship Training School (DTS) was established in 1974. DTS seeks to bring students into an intimate relationship with God while helping them discover their purpose. Students will receive powerful teaching from motivating speakers and missionaries, meant to provoke, challenge, and encourage. Classroom time is a chance to build friendships and dig deeper into the questions we all have.

Phase 2

These courses begin directly following Phase 1. Courses run as week-long intensives and are taught by experienced pastors and speakers from each local church and specific curriculum. This phase focuses on practical ways to live the Christian life. It further explores areas of personal growth and development, Biblical worldview, and basic Christian apologetics.

Phase 3

The outreach phase focuses on applying what you learned in the classroom through an intense, cross-cultural experience. The 360 Experience partners with YWAM Network for Strategic Initiatives in Colorado Springs, CO for our outreach trips. Outreaches will be to one or more of the YWAM-NSI’s Strategic Initiatives.

By the time outreach ends, students will have seen and experienced a lot of new things. After outreach there will be a debrief time. It is a time to regroup, share stories of how God moved, and process what God did through you and others during the DTS. It’s also a time to explore your upcoming steps after 360 and equip you for all that God has next!
